The Pojer e Sandri winery is one of Trentino’s historic wineries that has made the culture of heroic vines its strong point. A beautiful property located on the hills of Faedo, a few kilometers from Trento, where innovation and research have written the oenological history of a territory. The search for purity combined with experimental winemaking methods is also reflected in the production of spirits and vinegar.
Guests of Casa Trentini will have the opportunity to spend a day tasting and discovering the territory by traveling through the history of the winery, by bike if you wish, thanks to the collaboration with PrestaBici. First stop in Faedo, to visit the winery producing wine and spirits, then a sprint to the Cembra Valley to visit the Poter and Sandri winery’s Maso (farmstead) and the charming vinegar cellar.
