The interior design has been personally created by Fabio Pasini from the architectural firm Krej, who has developed a new living solution, an alternative to the classic furnishing concept: at the centre of each room there are installations of iron and laminated glass which become, from time to time, parts of the lived environment. Every detail has been designed and made to measure by local craftsmen. The neutral décor defines the space, thus leaving the walls free for the wallpaper to unfold, offering a unique artistic-architectural experience.

Delux Studio is a fully equipped 50 square meter studio. Contemporary art, characterized by artist Donatella Spaziani’s wallpaper for CARTEdition, along with interior design and furnishings by Krej Engineering, interact with the stucco and decorations of the historic building. A welcoming andprivate space, perfect for two people or a family.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people.

The Superior Studio is a 30-square-meter suite where ancient and modern harmoniously interact. Equipped with a stovetop, the space primarily serves as a comfortable bedroom.
